Susana is a social designer and located in Lisbon, where she is running a co-creative hub The A Avó Veio Trabalhar’s “laboratory” for senior people. Susana studied industrial design and spent a year in Milan and throughout the years gained enormous experience on aging and including senior citizens in tomorrows society. For our qualitative study on the potential of the senior segment in Europe for Sonnae Sierra, Susana helped us with her expertise, knowledge and network to understand the potential of this senior segment better by conducting interviews in Lisbon and Porto to gain deep insights in this interesting group.
