With 15 years proven international experience, Kirsten (Msc.) is a positive, empathic, creative and strategic person who is able to guide, engage and motivate people and organizations through complex processes of change to ensure true innovation value in the future. As founder and director of Out Of Office, a company focused on driving change in organizations to be better prepared for the future, her commitment lies with people. Kirsten’s professional activity has focused on strategy in future studies, trend & consumer insights, brand consultancy and innovation.

Clients she worked with include Sonae Sierra Spain, Arriva NL, Pej Gruppen, Dreamtown, T-Mobile, Schiphol Group, English Home (Turkey), Coulisse, Exact, Amsterdam Fashion Institute, Pej Gruppen, Trend bureau Overijssel, IGOV, Neprom, Coiffure, Open Communication Corporation (Taiwan), Hyper Island, Ikea, O2 UK, Telefonica, Nike, Arriva, Starbucks, Heineken, Bacardi. Out Of Office also designed and launched two brands in China.

Today Kirsten is working at Bespoke – a strategic foresight and design studio, based in Copenhagen and working internationally with Futures Design.
